We have one-bedroom apartments, two- and three-bedroom units in Warren, and larger houses in Detroit with several bedrooms. Tell us your headcount and we'll check what fits. We can't promise a house is free until we confirm it.
Trucks and trailers
Parking varies by home: street, driveway or covered. Tell us about work trucks, vans or trailers up front, and we'll confirm the arrangement in writing before you sign.
Billing your company can use
Pay yourself, or have your company pay against an invoice once the stay is confirmed in writing. We provide your agreement and payment receipts.

Can my company pay directly?
Yes. We can invoice a company once the stay is confirmed in writing.
How do you price a crew stay?
We quote each home in writing, by the week or the month, before you commit. Send your dates and headcount and we'll reply within one business day.
Can we extend if the project runs long?
Usually, yes, as long as the home is free. Text us as soon as you know.
Is laundry available?
Most homes have laundry, either in the unit or in the building. It varies by home, and charges can apply. We'll tell you for the home you are offered.
