If you are a physician, resident or fellow
Moving for training or a new position comes with its own timing. Here is how we can help, and where we are honest about limits.
- Residency and fellowship start dates. Many programs start around July 1, but some start earlier or later. Tell us your first day and we'll work backward to a move-in date. Starting a request a few months ahead gives us more homes to choose from.
- Short rotations and away months. Tell us your dates and we'll say what fits. Length of stay varies by home.
- Locum tenens and visiting positions. Send your start and end dates the way you would for a contract assignment.
- Spouse, kids and pets. Tell us your household and we'll check homes with more bedrooms. Pet terms vary by home.
- Near the hospital. Tell us where you will work and we'll check travel time for your route. Our Midtown partner homes are convenient to Henry Ford Hospital and Wayne State University; see Midtown.
- Extending or moving on. Programs and contracts change. Text us as soon as you know and we'll see what the home allows.

Can I extend if my contract is extended?
Usually, yes, as long as the home is free. Text us as soon as you know.
Can I get receipts for my agency, hospital or taxes?
Yes. We provide your agreement and payment receipts.
Can I start a request before I have an address or exact dates?
Yes. Choose Flexible for dates, or give your best estimate. We'll check back with you as dates firm up.
I only need a place for a few nights, such as an interview or a short visit.
